    These terminals have been used from 1971 and are still used in a few places on M8's.These are not custom made for Harley-Davidson®,they are a stock terminal that Harley-Davidson® chose to use that has thousands of other uses. You can compare the manufacturures marking on these terminals to those bought from a dealer and see that they are the identical item. There is an aftermarket copy of this terminal sold as being the “replacement” terminal, but is it made of the same materials and have the same conductivity? You decide.
